Every year on November 8 we celebrate World Pianist Day – a holiday dedicated to pianists, keyboard players and everyone connected with the art of piano performance. The date is symbolic: 8/11 echoes the 88 keys of the piano.

This is a wonderful occasion to reflect on the role of the piano in musical culture, to thank teachers and performers, enjoy music and find new inspiration.
