Savannah is an American singer who gained popularity on YouTube. Outen began posting videos of herself singing on YouTube in March 2007 along with Esmee Denters, Mia Rose, Justin Bieber and Cody Simpson.
So, this is the Savannah Outen interview, though there isn't a whole lot of interviewing going on. There is some discussion about 'half' birthdays and then the rest of the time is spent playing with the sound effect machine Savannah gave Shelley.
