Francesca Spero, who claims to have launched the rapper's career, is suing P. Diddy for discrimination towards the elderly, and she wants $ 12 million.
According to her, P. Diddy is "unsympathetic to her condition". Last March, she was fired from his company, and replaced by a younger woman who "lacked the skill set and experience Spero brought to the position."
Wonder what Diddy will have to say about this?

The world renowned wax museum, Madame Tussaud's has recently inducted a new member to the Washington, D.C. exhibit. In the picture above, Rihanna shows some affection to her life sized wax counterpart.
The singer is accompanied by George Washington, Barack Obama, Tyra Banks, Angelina Jolie, as well as recent addition, Kim Kardashian in the museum's halls.
Mary J. just announced that she will be on tour with singer Jazmine Sullivan. They will perform in New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Detroit and Oakland.
Mary J. is really looking forward to being on the road with Jazmine.
