In spite of their dad minister, we know the brothers who composed Kings of Leon was never children of choruses, especially when they want to solve their problems with fights and alcohol. Fighters, alcoholic and concerned by the drugs. The brothers haven't hidden the tensions which reign in the group which they form for more than ten years with their cousin Matthew. Better: they often showed it, as in the video teaser stupid put on-line where we see Caleb be kicked by his older brother Nathan who doesn't hesitate to treat him of "nasty small shit".
Since the release of the horrible 'Come Around Sundown' album, the rumours of disagreement are back after an awful concert in Dallas where Caleb, rather tipsy, left the stage at the end of thirty minutes "to vomit and take a beer" without ever coming back. A short time later, Caleb's brother Jared came out and apologized to the crowd, letting them know that Caleb could'nt go on and the show was over. "We are so unbelievably sorry—there's no words right now," guitarist Jared Followill told fans. "Caleb's just maybe a little unfit to play the rest of the show. I know you guys f--king hate us...It's really not our fault. We will be back as soon as possible...F**king hate Caleb, not us."
Then, on his Twitter account he wrote "So sorry Dallas, your heat got the best of a few of us. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience of all this bullsh*t. We'll be back soon"
Programmed for the next day in Houston, the band finally cancelled the show, following that incident. On the web site of the Texan room, it was reveals that Caleb suffers, as he said the day before : "just a blow of heat and dehydration", but his small brother, didn't hesitate to give his feeling: "I love our fans so much, I know you guys aren’t stupid. I can’t lie. There are problems in our band bigger than not drinking enough Gatorade."
Now, Kings of Leon are more than ever waiting on August 2 in Tampa.
