On August 24th Katy Perry sat down with David Letterman on his set to talk her career up-start, engagement to Russel Brand and perform select songs for the packed house.  This is the video of her and her band playing California Gurls live.  Perry's album debuted at the top of the charts on the billboard top 200.

Lady Gaga, the enormous pop icon out NYC, now has two MTV VMA records to add to her already stellar resume.  Gaga is the first female solo artist to have two videos nominated in the best video category, as well as breaking the record for most nominations in a single year with 13, 18 including Telephone, her duet with Beyonce.

February 19th, 2011 in Atlantic City is the time and place to be to witness a colorful and clever union of pop-sensations to take center stage!

It has been reported that the Scissor Sisters will be the opening act for Lady Gaga's next round of her Monster Ball Tour!

"I find it embarrassing that adults are like, 'Taylor Swift is very talented.' She's not. She might be cute, but she's horrible. They have stylists who dress them, they make records with producers who play a chord into the computer and it all comes out the same (…) When you have computers doing it all for you… there's no individuality. Singing isn't always about being on key; it's about emotionality."
