Kyla and her friend Miranda had so much fun at the carnival last night!  She rode the whip-a-whirl thing, whatever it is called, 3 times... I guess she's a thrill ride spinning kid!  They rode the flying swings, the ferris wheel with Miranda's mom, and then we ate pizza, pretzels, lemonade, cotton candy, and brought home a funnel cake & corn dog! 

Now Kyla's at school and I'm working... is it the weekend yet???

Here's what we did yesterday afternoon... while listening to kylaworld radio, of course :)

She had a book from school called "Eat It, Print It" so we decided to try it out... We ended up painting flowers using the cut up foods as stampers.

Here's what our pictures came out like!

This is mine, I used a strawberry and a blueberry as stampers for the petals, and then a fresh spinach stem to do the grass and the stem of the flower.

And this is Kyla's she used a blueberry and spinach stem... and then I think her fingerprint!  We did more but these two came out the best. 

I added in the Mika song Lollipop for her, she loves it, and a few others... let me know what you want us to put on!!

So, Kelly Myers, my old friend for... wow... over 10 years now, turned me on to this... 

... and while I've heard about it, I've gotta say this is pretty awesome. Especially since it let me create a custom station based on the music I know my kiddo loves... 

... so welcome to kylaword|radio. The station I hear in my head, minus imaging for now, that I'd pump into her ipod touch so she could listen nonstop! 

If I were programming Disney Radio, it would be this cool...
