On Setember 8th, 2011, Mayor Bloomberg, NYC & Company and the CFDA will team up for a third time for the Fashion's Night Out. And Glee cast had announced it by their own way. They sing and dance behind the camera as models and offer us a modern resumption of 'Fashion' by David Bowie. The Fashion Night Out is an event created by Anna Wintour (Vogue) : during all night long, the 'pret-à-porter' creators will open their door in Milan, Paris, New York, and even Sidney. The video was directed by Jake Nava and choregraphed by Zach Woodlee.
Ryan Murphy, Glee creator, told that Lea Michele has come into her own as fashinista : "When I met Lea, she was only sort of interested in clothes - but in the last two years she’s become a red-carpet star. I think what happened is Lea went to an event, and someone said, ‘Oh, you look pretty.’ It was an interesting moment for her".
