Kirk Windstien is a busy man. Playing guitar in a variety of projects as well as lending his hand to some bass duties, Kirk has made time to get back to what he does best, writing and playing with Crowbar. The bands monst recent release is 2005s Lifeblood for the Downtrotten, and have finished up the writing process for the next album, set to begin recoring tonight. No word yet on an album name or release date, but xcheck back for further details, they will be posted as they come in.
