Despite the very mixed reception of the new MGMT album Congratulations, enough fans took the leap and have given the band the #2 spot on the Billboard Top 200. Just behind that pesky Justin Bieber. The first single "Flash Delerium" has yet to make a splash, but I wasn't a big fan of it either. So, maybe the MGMT fans can outnumber Ke$ha on May 2nd in the Meadowlands.
