Here's the new video for "The Broken," the first single off Coheed & Cambria's upcoming release, Year of the Black Rainbow.  The new album is suppposed to be a prequel in the C&C story yet it has the grandiose and bombastic sound more similar to the bands last release, No World for Tomorrow.

The video is pseudo black and white and is half animated, half CGI.  But it has a very unique style to it.  The setting looks like something out of the Terminator movies, what with giant robot-like machines duking it out against other massive mechanized beasts.

Then a monolithic black pyramid emerges from the earth and destroys everything.  I guess this is the future that we can look forward to.  But as long as Coheed is playing in the background I won't mind.
